Käyttöehdot
1. About FÖRETAG
The company MOS Global AB has its registered office in Helsingborg. The company's postal address is info@skrubbhuset.se.
If you would like to get in touch with us, send an email to info@skrubbhuset.se with your enquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.
2. Ordering
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about products, price, and billing and delivery address.
If anything is wrong in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately by email at info@skrubbhuset.se.
3. Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 5-12 working days. Please note! Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest.
Due to high load at the postal carrier, delays may occur. We therefore ask for your understanding, as this is not something we can influence.
If delivery delays should occur (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: info@skrubbhuset.se
Please note that additional customs duty and VAT may be charged, as you as a customer are the private importer of the product you order.
3.1 Incorrect delivery address
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the name, address and contact details provided when ordering are correct and complete.
If an order cannot be delivered, is returned to us or is otherwise delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the costs that arise. This includes, for example, the cost of new shipping, return shipping, handling fees or other fees charged by the carrier.
If the shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details, the customer may choose to have the item sent again upon payment of the new shipping cost. If the customer instead wishes to cancel the purchase, the value of the item is refunded, less the original shipping, return shipping and any other costs incurred as a result of the incorrectly provided address, to the extent this is compatible with applicable consumer legislation.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in SEK. Prices are exclusive of any import VAT,
customs duties and handling fees that may be added depending on the country of delivery.
We reserve the right to make price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you have received a product you have ordered.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notice must be sent to us at info@skrubbhuset.se. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, the order number and which products the return concerns.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and the condition of the products when returned; the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the product's original value in the case of a used or damaged product.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and
where the seal has been broken by you.
Products that are sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a clearly personal character according to your wishes.
Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly consented to the service starting without a right of withdrawal.
Goods that can deteriorate quickly, for example food.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.
For more about the statutory right of withdrawal, see here.
6. Complaints and claims
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product nevertheless be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the fault free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How do you make a complaint?
Any faults and defects must always be reported to info@skrubbhuset.se stating your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the fault.
If we are unable to remedy the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
7. Limitation of liability
We accept no liability for indirect damage that may arise due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays/faults resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, for example, labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or reduced or failed delivery from a supplier.
Furthermore, no liability is accepted for any changes to products/product features made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
8. Product information
We reserve the right to typographical errors on this website and to the clearance of products.
